Applications are made electronically via planning portal.
HOT will contact and negotiate with the planning officer, and will where possible adjust and substitute information, if the officer or consulted bodies have concerns. Planning permission can never be guaranteed for any application, however HOT have a 95% record of positive results.
Hot will keep you fully informed of the planning process, and are happy to include you in the planning meetings and discussions.
