HOT Architecture are an RIBA chartered practice

offering a full architectural service in accordance with the guidelines of the

Royal Institute of British Architects. Including;

Design of new buildings,
Alterations to existing buildings
Advice on Design and Architectural matters.
Feasibility Studies.
Environmental and energy strategy
Administration of building contracts.

Architects are obliged to work within the law relating to construction work, such as complying with building regulations, complying with planning legislation, health and safety legislation and relevant common law restraints.

The architect will advise on other consultants required, to be appointed separately by the client

Architects retain copyright for their work in accordance with the law. The client is given conditional licence to copy and use the information produced by the architect for the project. An additional fee is payable if a design is repeated on other projects or sites.

Architects are required to maintain Professional Indemnity Insurance in respect of their liability to their clients.
